Youth Crime Prevention Program

FFAF YCPP was developed to educate individuals, groups and communities and provide them with resources to increase public safety and well being.

FFAF is a member of Chief advisory council and works alongside Peel Regional Police to bridge the gap and negative stereotypes held regarding police citizen interactions. Some of the goals of the YCPP program is designed to reduce the number of youth interactions within the region. Equip the community with tools to promote community safety, and provide a bridge for marginalized youth who want to become police officers themselves.

FFAF also operates a community safety hub throughout various locations in the region. This hub provides a safe space for youth to come to after school and on friday evenings.
